I went to the itc store portal Just for the dehydrated onions.
It's a smart way of cooking.
I use this in everything now. No need to cut onions anymore. Although instructions say soak it in water for 15-20 mins I have been using it directly. For some foods soaking is advised like an omlette etc.
Many items you can add it directly.
Time and cost effective too.

For some reason dehydrated onions tastes much better than our freshly chopped onions. Keep the great work going. There is definitely light at the end of the tunnel.

It's fantastic to use dehydrated onions as per instruction. Very good taste and no wastage. Value for money.
