very tasty and home made like mango chutney

This is absolutely pathetic. I still don't have the order delivery. Didn't expect this kind of useless service from a company like ITC. And you are so shameless that I have got a mail asking for feedback on the products when the products have not even been delivered. Absolutely shameless idiots is all I can call you guys. Please provide me with an escalation email id and phone number of some senior person to lodge a complaint. If this is not done I have ways and means of writing directly to the CEO of ITC. I am not going to leave the shameless people in ITC responsible for this nonsense. They should be sacked immediately as this is nothing but cheating customers.

Excellent combination of khatta meetha mango chutney with a hint of garlic makes it yummy dip with paratha, dal rice or even chips!! Just loved it.
