For Batter

  • 1 Cup Aashirvaad Ragi Flour
  • Buttermilk (½ Cup Curd & 1 ½ Cup Water)
  • 1 Cup Soaked Yellow Moong Dal
  • ½ Cup Rice Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander, Finely Chopped
  • Aashirvaad Salt To Taste

For Tempering

  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • ½ Tsp Mustard Seeds
  • A Pinch Of Asafoetida (Hing)
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 3-4 Curry Leaves

Other Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Oil For Cooking

How to make Ragi Dosa Recipe with AASHIRVAAD Ragi Flour?

Ragi Dosa Batter

  • To make buttermilk mix ½ curd and 1 ½ water in a bowl, whisk and keep aside.
  • Grind moong dal and make a fine paste.
  • Take a bowl and add all the ingredients along with buttermilk and enough water to make a batter of pouring consistency.

For Tempering

  • Heat oil and add all the tempering ingredients.
  • Add the tempering to the batter and mix well.

Making Ragi Dosa

  • Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly.
  • Pour a ladleful of batter on it and spread into a 5” circle.
  • Cook on both sides till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with the chutney with your choice.
