Ingredients


  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ cup onion chopped
  • ½ tsp Aashirvaad turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Aashirvaad red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Aashirvaad coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Aashirvaad salt
  • 1 cup potatoes boiled
  • 1 cup carrot blanched
  • 2 tbsp green peas blanched
  • 1 cup potatoes boiled
  • 1 cup carrot blanched
  • 2 tbsp green peas blanched

How to prepare Carrot, Peas and Potato Mix?


  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the onion, and season with cumin, Aashirvaad Turmeric powder, Aashirvaad coriander powder, Aashirvaad chili powder and Aashirvaad salt.
  • Cook and stir until onion is browned.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and stir in the potatoes, carrots, and peas.
  • Stir to coat, then cover and cook until potatoes are tender about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Add water if necessary to deglaze the skillet, and to keep food from sticking to the pan.
  • Serve with freshly made whole wheat rotis
